Q:Are you a direct manufacturer or trading company?
A:We have our own factory, we also have our own international sales department. we produce and sell all by ourselves.
Q:How about the capacity of your company?
A:We have 6 automatic production lines, and our annual production capacity is over 80 million.
Q:Can you do customized products?
A:yes,customiz products according to the customers’ drawings or samples.
Q:Can I change the color of the products I'd like?
A:We could change the color as your request.
Q:How do I place an order?

A:Enquiry and quotation.
   Confirmation on price, lead time, artwork, payment term and samples.
   Signing the contract or PI between client and us.
   Client arrange deposit and approve the sample before mass production.
   We inform the client to pay balance payment when production finished.
   We arrange shipment and provide necessary documents after balance payment received.
   Getting feedback from clients on our service and so on.

Q:Payment & Shipping

A:We usually accept T/T, L/C, please send email to negotiate payment term if you'd like other payment method. Lead time is about 30-40days after 30% deposit be received and samples final approval. For urgent order, we could make it faster, please send email to negotiate. We could help to arrange shipment if you don't have your own shipping agent.

Q:How will the goods be delivered to the customer?

A:Usually we ship the goods by sea, because we are in Ningbo Beilun, we are only 10 kilometers from Ningbo port, and it is very convenient to export goods by sea. Of course, if the customer's goods are urgent. We can also ship them by air transportation. Ningbo airport and Shanghai international airport are very close to us.
